Stripe Payment integration Problem with Forminator on WP site

I have a WordPress site where the Forminator plugin is connected to Stripe. It has been live for almost a year. Recently something changed, and we needed to rebuild the form. The Keys are intact as before, but payments are not processing.

WPMUDEV plugin is installed in Stripe to generate required keys, but still payment is not processing.

This needs completed by a Screen Share Session- do not apply unless you are available to conduct this.

Here’s exactly what I need:
• Run at least one successful test payment so the transaction appears in the Stripe Dashboard.
• Make sure the form still saves the user’s data, fires confirmation emails, and shows the proper success message after payment.
• Provide concise notes or screenshots of every setting you touch so I can replicate the setup later or troubleshoot quickly.
• Once test payments pass, help me move the form to live mode (no need to stay on for production monitoring).

Acceptance criteria: a test payment completes without errors, the user record and confirmation email land in WordPress as before, and the charge appears in Stripe.

The task is small and focused; if you’ve paired Stripe with Forminator before, this should be straightforward.
