Stripe Expert to QA Payment Subscriptions
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
We need a stripe expert to log into our Stripe & Active Campaign Accounts and cross check some of the things our web developer has set up/ we also need to trouble shoot some bugs/ issues we have come across:
* Stripe & AC pricing set up - Check that all subscriptions have been created correctly and match the price of the product on our Wordpress membership payment page.
*Check how our team are creating the subscriptions, is this the easiest, most efficient, simplest way - any suggestion to be done differently.
*Make sure the settings of all subscriptions are going to automatically save the card details.
*Is there a way we can pause subscriptions?
*Check that anyone who is in our 12 week program has either 1 or 3 payments set up.
*Check that anyone who is in 12 month program has 12 payments set up.
*Help us remove any test payments that are still visible on the account.
*Is there a way for manual payments to be linked with Stripe so we can set up a payment link with a custom price field?
We expect this should only take a couple of hours to do, we would provide you with the passwords to log into our accounts and we could also be on a meeting with you to answer any questions or queries as you work your way through this list.
