Star cloudprint printer is not showing extras/add-ons on receipt

We have online food ordering website in Wordpress (woo commerce ). when customer place an order online, the order is printed automatically. The receipt of print shows the main products but doest show the extras with product. for example, when customer order burger and add choice of sauce with it, in cart everything is available to see but the printer receipt doest show that description or sauce chosen. please find attached email copy of order and receipt photo of order. we want someone to sort it out for us so the same order details should be printed on receipt.
