Split main website off into Wordpress site, Talent LMS and Shopify websites

We currently have one main website, which we are looking to split off into 3 domains (2 main domains, 1 subdomain), to bring our websites in line with our group infrastructure. We currently use Wordpress with Avada, which we need to replatform to Elementor along with a new design. The eCommerce section, currently using WooCommerce, needs to be migrated across to Shopify. Our training section needs to be moved to either a new Wordpress instance or Shopify store and linked to the Talent LMS we use. This is an ongoing project and will require a long-term commitment.
