Speed up woocommerce admin pages -- 2

I have a wordpress + woocoommerce website which has over 600,000 orders and over 300,000 registered users. I need to get sql queries that run on admin pages like order page, comments page etc fine tuned for speed. I have used Query Monitor plugin to identify slow running queries and I need to speed them up or eliminate them on pages on which these are not necessary.

The project should be done using filters/hooks available in wordpress & woocommerce, so that core code changes can be avoided.
