PRIMARY GOALS:
Make the site work faster overall, reduce load times, address responsivness issues without damaging the functionality of the site.
Current google pageSpeed insights
Mobile performance: 25
Desktop performance: 72
The result needs to be 90+ performance on both mobile and desktop benchmarks.
You may use or suggest a different or even custom theme, other ways to speed up as you see fit, please note that the mandatory features are not optional!
We will supply admin login to plesk and to wordpress, if any work needs to be done on the VPS/centos, that will be done by us according to instructions you supply.
Frontend mandatory needed features:
o Color picker on category view for individual products that changes the picture according to selected color of product
o Color filter for shop (option for grouped colors as option)
o Dual price display on category view, product pages, basket, and checkout (EUR and Kn)
o Add to the send inquiry/order button possibility for the customer to upload/add logo file (pdf or similar) that needs to be printed on the ordered items, and add textbox where customer can explain the positioning/other requirements of the print
o Make sure there is NO payment option – every inquiry must be sent to our employees so they can make an offer for them due to logo printing!
There are some items that are custom made on the site that cannot not have a defined price. It must be possible to add them to the checkout/order with quantity wanted .

The data are in xml format and at least prices and stock should be updated daily
There are 8 suppliers, each with their own data structure, ect. note that some of the xml's are 130+mb, and that there are 5000-70000 products including variations at in each of the files.
