Hi, I own a Website Development Agency and I handle around 100 websites every month. If you can successfully complete this job, it could lead to a long-term relationship between us. I am seeking a WordPress developer who can optimize the speed of my website within the next 3 hours. I have already attempted various optimization plugins like Nitropack, WP Rocket, and others, but they have not been successful in improving the speed. I aim to achieve a Google Page Speed Score of 90% or higher for both Mobile and Desktop versions. Please refrain from applying if you specialize only in plugin installation and consider the job complete. I am not opposed to using plugins, but I require someone with coding expertise and a developer background.
In addition, there are a few minor issues that need to be addressed:
1) There is an issue with scrolling, as the page automatically skips to the next section when scrolling down with the mouse.
2) The initial screen displays the phrase "We Believe Technology" and the statement "is not about creating new features, but experiences." I would like this line to rotate between two different phrases continuously.
3) There seems to be a problem with the translation functionality in the footer, possibly related to the Polygon Translator plugin. Multiple translations are appearing or the translations are not functioning correctly.
