Speed up Mobile for Wordpress Elementor site....

My new website has terrible mobile speed test results. I need help. (No WP Rocket - No GT Metrix) My site is an online niche gallery with thousands of images. There are also many plugins, probably several I don't need. So I need someone who can help me figure out what needs to be done to make mobile operate much faster without compromising other necessary functions. Can't spend too much on this so I'm looking for affordable expertise. Hope you can help. Thanks
