Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m putting together a highly-accurate lead list of real, active businesses in Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley that run their public site on WordPress and employ more than five people. The sector itself isn’t important—the employee count is the key filter—so please feel free to include retail, healthcare, technology or any other vertical as long as the size and location criteria are met.
Deliverable
A clean, de-duplicated spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing the following columns:
• Company name
• Website URL
• City or town
• Contact e-mail address (found, not guessed)
• Contact page URL
• LinkedIn company page (if one exists)
• “WordPress: Yes” confirmation based on an unmistakable signal such as the source code, a WP-specific path, or a reliable detector tool
Acceptance criteria
• 0 dead links or parked domains
• 0 duplicated companies
* Type "wordpress SY" in the proposal or it wont be considered
• All e-mails sourced directly from the site, LinkedIn or another verifiable tool—never fabricated
• Each site clearly shows WordPress usage
• Final counts quoted for 500, 1,000 and 2,000 leads; accuracy matters more than speed, so take the time you need
