Our immediate business objective is to drive traffic in venue via bookings, events and key promotions.
The social media manager will work closely with the Founding Team to drive the development and execution of the UK marketing strategy and support on the conceptualisation, coordination and delivery of campaigns.
This is a full-time role and will be fixed term initially (Until Dec 17th), with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent role.

Key Missions:
- Key role in development of strategy
- Management of external agencies – Social, Creative, Listings
- Coordination of creative
- CRM strategy

Key Duties:

• Support the co-founder responsible for marketing to manage suppliers, influencers
• Lead social media activity and media campaigns across all channels and areas of the organisation with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention and sales. Working with our designer, partnerships team, media agencies.
• Track, analyse and report on development and growth of customer data capture. Use internal software to collate reports and define creative incentives to engage our customer database.
• Deliver email marketing and assist with the development of a CRM strategy. Our internal marketing resource would be required to work with the internal management team on content and creative.
• Liaise with the venue management to implement venue related marketing efforts and offers
• Liaise with designers, photographers, videographers and printers to ensure on-brand, consistent and effective marketing assets
Generate on site content aligned with key beats and promotions
• Curate and manage the key beats calendar, including all events and promotions. Coordinate with Head Office team and partners to execute marketing strategy inline with company objectives

Person Specification:
• Gaming affinity is a plus; curiosity is a must
• 3 years’ experience within a similar marketing role
• CIM qualification or equivalent desirable
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Hospitality relative experience required.

Digital marketing experience essential:
• Experience of creating, delivering and managing marketing campaigns
• Experience of managing multiple external partners
• Experience with entertainment / venue brands clients
• Knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing
• Knowledge of print design and production
• Excellent time management, copy writing ability and attention to detail

Essential Technical Skills:
• Working FB business manager knowledge
• Working WordPress knowledge
• Google Docs literate
• An up to date working knowledge of social media platform including Snapchat
