Soap API set up

I have Digital marketing website being build and there is a section where we will be reselling Domains, this means that the page would be searching for domains, will be registering domains, will be renewing domains and transferring domains. We have found a domain wholesaler that is supplying us with SOAP API documentation and some instructions on how to set it up, as this is a bit more complicated for myself I need someone to set it up. I was giving a test demo account, so if you have experience setting up API, please bid for this job.
