Small addition to shipping return label woocommerce colissimo

Hello Freelancers,
This is a simple project on an existing wordpress/woocommerce website.
You’ll work on a temporary website and I’ll need all the details of what you did (files you edited) so I can replicate it on the live website.
In the customer account we have a page to allow customer to print return shipping label, we need in that page a field that will inform us how many items the customer will return:

At the moment when the customer click the “Générer mon bon de retour” it opens a new window with two pages .pdf (colissimo labels)
In that window, we need a 3rd page to be generated

With the following information:
Nom : xxxxxx
Prénom : xxxxxxxxxx
Email : xxxxxxxxxx
Nombre de contenants retournés (flacons ou pots) : "X"

Nom (name), Prénom (Surname) and Email are the customer details that need to be retrieved from the database and the variable "X" is the value that has been typed in the previous page (https://prnt.sc/1z9t3f2 ).
