Small Edit Product Page Woocommerce

We need to add a conditional to our Product Page based on product tags to properly show & hide the customisation / add to cart buttons.
Also properly align both buttons and make them wider.
I'm not familiar with WOO but i managed to do the modification within 5 min editing the live code, so by somene familiar should be easy (1-2 hour work).
