Small Change on Elementor Wordpress Site that Requires HTML / Css / JS

Hello, please do not send me a generic proposal. I have exact instructions here and need someone to just tell me how they will do this exact thing, and how quickly they can do it.

When you go there, you will see a video autoplaying in the background on the top.
We need someone to make the background look like the picture (attached) when you first go to the site, and when the play button is clicked, have the words and background fade and play the video on the background how you currently see it is on the site.
That's all.
It's currently in wordpress / elementor. But this portion requires some special code.
