Single to Multisite Migration

Hi. So we have a multisite that is a mess. We're running like 3 themes and a ton of plugins. I think we have some unecisary network active plugins as well.
The blog articles and 1 single elementor page are the only things we're keeping from the old site. we need to get rid of everything else as well as pushing a hard reset on woocommerce. (Woocommerce on the old site was configured for donations, but we have a totally seperate plugin for that now) However, woocommerce will be used for merchandise on the new site.
I built an entire new site, on a seperate server and tested it.
There is one page that was built with Elementor on the old site that we need to keep.
All the blogs we need to keep as well.
