Simplistic WordPress Website with Job Openings add-on -- 2

I'm looking for a talented freelancer to create a minimalist WordPress website with a focus on simplicity and functionality. The key feature of this project is the integration of a job openings add-on, specifically for managing job listings, while having the application form functionality disabled.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a minimalist WordPress website primarily focused on a mobile-view free theme like Digital Newspaper, Trendy news, etc. No customized theme required.
- Integrate the job openings add-on with application form functionality disabled
- Ensure the website is fast in response, especially after installing Google AdSense, RankMath, Jetpack, and other necessary plugins
- Migrate all blog posts from my existing website.
- Website is mainly to post news blogs regarding latest scholarships and jobs (not a recruitment portal, only job news updates). Provide RSS feeds for both categories as well.
- Copy static pages: About Us, Contact Page, etc (from my existing website).
- 3 months of support post-deployment of the website included. 50% payment would be released after successful hosting (and testing) of the website, and the remaining 50% after 3 months. My previous two freelancers/developers deployed my website, which is slow as hell, and did not provide support after receiving payment. All the investment was wasted due to an unprofessional freelancers.
