Simple Wordpress Website From Figma

I have a figma of our website and it needs to be made into the website for both Desktop and mobile version's. It needs to be optimized for Google to load fast 90 + with google page speed test on both Desktop and mobile.

We need to put in the Google Analytics into the site. We are hosted on A2 hosting.

Our contract is that we must be 100% satisfied with your work the list must be very accurate We pay 100% when project is 100% complete. We will put full 100% of project costs in Escrow and pay when project is 100% complete and we are satisfied.
