Simple WordPress Woo-Commercr Plugin

The requirement is to build a simple woocommerce product plugin for WordPress. The product is actually a video representation of a subdirectory website The plug-in must allow addition of multiple div overlays over an existing woo-commerce product. The overlay div must contain editable HTML/CSS text. Users must be able to save (automatically create a sub-directory 1 page website folder) the edited. Users must have the ability to subscribe to this product. Subscribed users must be able to create an emailing list and send link to this sub-website to the mailing list they create using the plug-in. The recipients must be able to fill out an online form which updates the mailing list table. The table must have a comment field. The comment field must form part of a carousel string which scrolls at the header of the sub website. An active subscription by the user determines whether the sub website functions or not. The sub website must have a PHP script that periodically email the updated RSVP list to a subscriber.
