Side Cart plugin for Woocommerce help

I am having 2 issues with the side cart plugin for woocommerce.
1. Cross sell products not showing up
2. Free shipping bar not coming up
I can't get the Cross sell to show up in side cart, which is the main reason I bought the plugin. There will be 2 products that I offer that I want to show up. I have entered Custom Product IDS, tried adding the cross sell product on the product info. Nothing I do works. Also the Free Shipping bar does not show up in Cart.
