Show scroll bars on div which contains a Canvas. Bars to appear when canvas is larger than div size on mobile and desktop.

I am looking for a Wordpress developer who can help me with a project that involves showing scroll bars on a div that contains a Canvas. The desired behavior for this project is to have the scroll bars appear when the canvas is larger than the div size. The scroll bars should be visible on both mobile and desktop platforms.
