Show page of WooCommerce my-account - Wordpress PHP JS WCFM

Hello Freelancer-Team,
I am using the Wordpress - WCFM plugin and have a menu page (/dashboard/quotes/) which shows quotes from customers.
I want to:
A) Link each row to the quote details page: (e. g. my-account/view-quote/18928/)
= <td class="quotes-number" data-title="<?php esc_attr_e( 'Order Number', 'yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote' ); ?>">
B) Open the quote details page in the same window. Probably via Java Script.
It would be helpful if you would know the WCFM plugin.
