Setup my wordpress site

I have a new wordpress site in place. The purpose of my site is for it to be a blog about health and fitness, and my goal is to post articles continuosly. I have purchased my domain, and installed wordpress. But I need a skilled wordpress expert to setup the skeleton of my website, I will fill up with necessary text, you can just put template text for now. In particular, I want you to do the following:
*) It needs to look like this -> https://ibb.co/86h9wPH . I have installed the template already.
*) I want a menue in the top right corner. it needs to consist of 4 items (Home, About, Contact, Fitness)
In the "Fitness" menue, I want there to be 2 sub-items (you can call them fitness1 and fitness2), fitness1 and fitness 2 are to represent blog posts
*) A unique creative image to be added in the main page just like in the screenshot. The creative image must be related to health and fitness, and have the same style as in screenshot.
*) In the main page, I want a section that should look like this -> https://ibb.co/fYbHC3w , i.e 3 bullets with some quick overview of what the website is about
*) Below that, I want a section for which I can enter a paragraph for the site, example like -> https://ibb.co/jgDHqRc
We are tight on time, and we want this to be finished urgently, deadline is 24-48 hours maximum. Only apply offer if you can do it in this timeframe!
