Setup wordpress on darkweb

Recently, I've made the decision to setup a WordPress site on the Darkweb. I have yet to acquire a domain name, but I plan to soon. Furthermore, I will be using add-ons and themes to provide a distinctive look and feel for my site. Finally, I'm aiming for an Advanced level of security as it is essential that my website remains safe and secure. Currently, I'm looking for a Freelancer who can assist me in setting up my WordPress site on the darkweb.
