Setup Wordpress website + create child theme

Hello, I am looking for a word press expert that can finish setting up my word press website theme ASAP. Please be advised I am knowledgeable about word press so I know what needs to happen. The theme also comes with demo content so the set up will be pretty easy. I have listed in detail what needs to be done. Please do not bid on this project if you can't do the job within my listed budget.
SET UP DETAILS
1: This website is hosted on Namecheap. I will send you access to the Wordpress login as the parent template has been added already. However I need the child theme added as well. I will send you access to that file.
2: I will send you a link to an online document that will showcase in detail how I want the site set up.
3: The site must run smoothly without any issues after the updates are done.
4: You must allow me a 24-48 hours to confirm the site is set up correctly. I may also ask for a few adjustments if needed.
My budget is $45.00 total. You must be able to speak english very well so we can understand each other.
