Setup Woocommerce based website from scratch to eliminate all bugs on the existing site

Looking for a strong web developer with core understanding of Woocommerce to do a fresh install/setup of our live ecommerce store using a vanilla theme and latest versions of all plugins. Content copy protection is key and experience with coding and configuring rules to prevent download of large product images would be required.

Please note: The site is installed on Digital Ocean which doesn't have a Cpanel such as the ones provided by shared hosts. Administration would need to be done almost entirely using the terminal.
