Setup API/Webhook in Wordpress with Persona ID

WordPress website with "Customer" form. This Form is collecting Customer's personal data + scan of the customer's document.

Workflow:
Administrator already has all Customer data and Customer document scan.
1. Admin fills Customer form and uploads a scan of the Customer document and submit form.
2. Wordpress send to Customer url link or QR code linked to verification in "Perosna ID" (Customer needs to verify himself)
3. Admin receives status back to Wordpress or simple can see status in Persona Dashboard.
In simple words..
I need to verify each Customer by "Persona ID". Already all data collected before. Customer needs ONLY to receive a link or a qr code - through which he will be able to verify himself in the Persona ID. Quick verification (1st page of the document + selfie).
What i understand, solution is webhook and api integration.
Maybe i need simple steps only to make self verification by mobile.
