Setting Up and OTP login and Register system with WooCommerce Using a Custom SMS Gateway

I have a WordPress website with woocommerce integrated, I am presently using miniOTP plugin from Orange. But it only works with limited sms gateways. I need it to integrate with a custom SMS gateway which has an API documentation but no plugin. I want a Login and Register with OTP integrated to WooCommerce. Also I need to send sms when a customer places order and when the order is received by the customer. I am attaching the screen shots of present system and how it looks with miniOtp plugin, I like the stucture and design. Also I am attaching the screenshots of the API documentation of the SMS gateway. I am using the Woodmart theme Pro version.
