Set up donation feature on website -- 2

I am using GiveWP on Wordpress and I cannot get it to work. I have set up PayPal and I have cleared cookies and cache on WordPress and my browser. I would also like whoever it is that fixes it to explain to me how they fixed it. Thank you.
