I'll provide domain name, hosting and logo. The freelancer will have to set up a nice blog along with a basic content like about us,home,contact us,privacy policy.
The blogger should be an expert and must know all the nuanced things.
He should be able to guide me for 1-2 hr over the call.
He will have to make me understant about google indexing of articles for the console.
He should be well versed with site map etc.
