Set up Learndash on my WordPress website

I have some initial links, pdfs, texts and image files (not more than 6 items) to upload for my course page. Looking for someone to do this while explaining to me how it's done so I can continue expanding my page(s) as I create more content. I have LearnDash already installed on my website www.helentan.com.
