Set up Blog page using Elementor (Pro?) in my existing WordPress

Have template from Bluchic, and want the following page https://femininethemesdemo.com/themes/chicboss/blog/ set up on my existing website. I cannot seem to be able to create/add the individual RHS column blocks, labelled 1-4 in the attached file.
