Set up BLIK payments for Paypal Check put WooCommerce

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me set up BLIK payments for my WooCommerce store using the PayPal Checkout plugin.
I have problem to implement this instruction: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/apm/blik/.
I installed paypal check put plugin, but it is not working properly, I get the same error when clients are doing payments: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/issues/1225
