Server administration and maintenance

We are a small business looking for a dev ops to assist with some server administration and ongoing maintenance. We currently operate a Wordpress site hosted on Digital Ocean together with a native script app that is connected via API to Wordpress.
The initial project would be setting up and configuring a new production and staging server and then ongoing maintainence of the server to ensure peak performance and security.
