Senior Developer / Moving Websites / Set up tracking and analytics / fix marketing issues

We have a Wordrpess instance in Australia called WhatPhone.com.au which has been running for several years now. We are looking for a senior developer to come on board and manage the development of the site.
Most of the work you guys will be giving at least in starting is Moving websites, setup Trackings, Fixing Marketing issues ot setting up tools.
For your Job description, You can write something like this:
1) Extensive Knowledge of AWS Architecture.
2) Must be able to move websites from one cloud servers to another (Shopify).
3) Must be a team player who can work with Marketing team and help them with tracking and SEO implementations. (e.g. Google Analytics / Doubleclick.)
They must be a Wordpress expert. The core site we work on is based in Wordpress. Our previous developers did an amazingly good job and the site contains a large amount of custom code and plug ins, combined to deliver a beautiful and seemless user experience.
I am looking for a single, reliable individual to do this work. You will be able to work your own hours - we need 10 hours of development/marketing assistance per week but you can deliver that when you would like to. There are also times when we will need 'emergency' work - such as when the site falls over or we get hacked.
We will start this engagement immediately.
The deliverable will be 10 hours of high quality development/technical marketing assistance work. We will begin with a trial and have our old developers check the work you have done after a month to make sure it is in line with industry best practice.
We can provide detailed, thorough technical documentation for the site for you to review and get up to speed.
