We are looking for a part-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. The primary focus of the CTO will be to devise a robust tech strategy, identify critical resources, and lead the execution of this strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Tech Strategy Development:**
- Craft a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Assess current technology and identify areas for improvement or innovation.

2. **Resource Identification & Management:**
- Identify key technological resources, including personnel, software, and hardware.
- Manage the acquisition and integration of these resources.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
