Seeking Long-Term IT / Programmer Support for Established SaaS Membership Platform
We are seeking a reliable, experienced IT professional / programmer to support our established SaaS membership platform for Real Estate Professionals on an as-needed, ongoing basis.
Our previous IT partner worked with us for over three years and is no longer available, so we are looking to build a new long-term working relationship with someone dependable and responsive. This is not a one-time project.
About Our Platform
Established SaaS membership site (already built and live)
Built on WordPress
Uses the Divi theme
Membership management via MemberMouse
Integrated with a white-labeled Sendible platform for social media scheduling and posting
Hosted on our own dedicated server (Server4You)
We are not looking for a site rebuild or redesign. We need an experienced professional who can step in to handle technical issues, troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance as they arise.
What We’re Looking For
Long-term availability — we want someone we can rely on over time
Strong experience with:
WordPress
Divi theme
MemberMouse
Bonus (not required but preferred):
Experience with dedicated servers
Familiarity with Server4You or similar hosting environments
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Comfortable working with an existing, live membership-based SaaS platform
Response Expectations
Timely communication is important
Issues should be acknowledged and addressed within 12 hours, accounting for time zone differences
We do not expect 24/7 availability, but we do need reliability due to the nature of a paid membership platform
Ongoing Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues as they occur
Perform monthly website backups to the server
Provide confirmation/proof of completed backups
