Secured page plugin

Hi There, I have a requirement to create a secure page in WordPress. If user is on that page, then they should not be allowed to navigate to any other page/Tab or app. Additionally, all windows shortcuts should be disabled while the user is on that page.

Basically, we are hosting quizzes on our website and we see a lot of students cheating behaviour... So we just want to stop that...
