I'm looking for a WordPress developer to design and build a secure website with the following functionalities:

User Access:
- Full login capabilities for registered users only.

MCQ Quizzes:
- Creation and maintenance of MCQ quizzes.
- Admin can set up questions manually or automatically from a question bank.

Content Viewing:
- PDF and PPT viewing with full functionalities.
- Ability to block screenshots, sharing, printing, and downloading of content.

Payment Integration:
- Credit/Debit card and Paypal payment systems.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong WordPress development skills
- Experience with secure content delivery
