Search Results Page Meta Title & Meta Description for WP/WOO Storefront

Currently the shop page meta info is the meta data.
I want the meta title to be what is entered in the search box.
Example:
if someone enters 'top hat for men'
I want the results page meta title to be 'top hat for men' at mysitename.com
I want the results page meta description to be meta title & results page product info.
I want to be able to edit the meta info if need be.
use your server till work finished, then upload files to me.
