[School Alumni Project] Modify exisitng apps for non-profit organization

1. apps profile there add in (refer to image n other function maintain)
- Full Name
- Chinese Name
- QRCode (member id)
- BarCode (member id)
- Member ID
- Phone Number
2. Apps Main Page show exactly same as website main page show
3. splast and login screen need change logo and name
4. upload to android and ios store

Note:
- first need to check the wordpress 1st b4 start coding
- Api may need to create (if create pls do it separate file or plugin or child theme)
- try not to modify core file, create pls do it separate file or plugin or child theme coz prevent future wordpress or plugin update will overwrite ur modified code.
- backup 1st b4 u start coding, anything happen can recover from backup
