SMTP Issue in Wordpress

Looking for a experienced person to quickly fix SMTP Issue which i guess is created after upgrading the plugins ,
Not able to send emails from the WordPress site ,
Need to remotely fix the issue without sharing the admin details , need to fix using screensharing .
Please note this is a running site .
