SEO Expert for Site Speed & Indexing Fixes

I'm seeking a technical SEO expert to help with site speed optimization and fix Google indexing issues for my website. Currently, I have over 3,000 pages that are crawled but not indexed, along with soft 404 errors and canonical issues.

Google Search Console reports show a mix of problems including:

• Crawled – currently not indexed (3,000+ pages)
• Discovered – currently not indexed
• Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag
• Soft 404s and 404 errors
• Alternate pages with proper canonical tags
• Redirect issues

I need someone who can:

• Conduct a full audit of the indexing issues
• Identify root causes (theme settings, sitemap issues, robots.txt, crawl budget, etc.)
• Fix technical SEO problems in WordPress and Elementor
• Optimize sitemap and internal linking structure
• Resubmit and monitor pages in GSC until indexing improves
• Offer clear documentation and explanation of what was done
