Russian-Speaking WordPress ListingPro Theme Elementor Expert Needed

I am seeking someone to update the WordPress ListingPro theme and redesign pages. Keep in mind that the ListingPro theme is NOT FLEXIBLE; therefore, you should have some experience with it. The primary goal of this project is to improve user experience. Details of the work include:
- Potentially updating various areas of the Wordpress ListingPro Classified Theme website, including the homepage layout, listing submission form, and other areas. The specific areas to be updated can be discussed and decided upon based on your expert input.
- Redesigning the site with a focus on enhancing usability. Keep in mind that the ListingPro theme is NOT FLEXIBLE; therefore, you should have some experience with it.
- Apply your skills to create a seamless, intuitive navigation experience for users.
- Update ListingPro theme. It wasn't updated for over a year.
- We will discuss details in Russian over the voice call Freelancer.com option.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in WordPress, specifically with the ListingPro theme. Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles is a must. Experience in site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness enhancement will be an added advantage.
