Restore access to wordpress dashboard - 404 nginx problem

after my site was hacked I have hired Sucuri's malware cleaning service .. they have cleaned the site but I need to restore access to the wp dasboard that originally got an http 500 error problem after hacking .. by recommendation From the hosting provider I have renamed the .htaccess file and from there it went from having the error http500 to 404nginx
