Restore A SiteGround Backup from File to New Host

I had a small Wordpress site last year that I let expire but now I want to restore it to a new host (Crazy Domains). I need to someone to restore it. If it's any help I have another SiteGround account & you could restore it to a sub domain first if that's easier before transferring it over to Crazy Domains.
