Resolve a wordpress plugin conflict & link 2 wordpress plugins

Our Woocommerce store only allows for collection from set locations. We don't ship direct to customers. I've installed a Wordpress plugin called "WC Pickup Store". I need to link it to "Profitori"", our Wordpress ERP plugin. In Profitori, I have Locations (for warehouses)
1) First, resolve a conflict between "WC Pickup Store" and another plugin "WPUsers": when WC Pickup Store is activated, I can't edit avatar in WPUsers
2) Next, I'd like it that every time I add a new pickup location in WC Pickup Store it adds a new Location to Profitori
3) Every time a customer chooses a Pickup Point in checkout, I'd like the order to be assigned to the corresponding location in Profitori for fulfilment
