Resolve Localhost Database Connection Issue (Pantheon / Wordpress)

Looking for a knowledgeable freelancer to help me troubleshoot a problem I'm encountering while attempting to make my localhost non-Pantheon through MAMP. The website on https://dev-seoul-international.pantheonsite.io/ works fine, but I cannot replicate the configuration locally without involving Pantheon due to a difficulty connecting to the database.
