Reservation form for hotel on WordPress website

For a hotel I need (exclusively) a contact form that contains a calendar for reservation requests. It is only about the request, not about the actual booking. The number of free rooms does not have to be stored in real time. It's just about the reservation form; the remaining website is ready.
