Require WooCommerce Backend Customization Expert!

Hi folks,
I need customization on Woocommerce product page to fulfill the Shipping charges, make sure I don't want any plugins to get this done.
What I need :-
Scenario 01 - (Screenshot_Scenario-1)
When somebody click on "Onetime" then Shipping charges
will be calculated like this -
If the checkout value is more than 750 no shipping charges.
If the checkout value is less than 750, shipping charges will be INR 50
It has to be calculated and tracked the subtotal of all One time related
products.
Scenario 02 - (Screenshot_Scenario-2)
When somebody click on "Every 4 Weeks" then Shipping charges
will be calculated like this -
If the checkout value is more than 3000 no shipping charges.
If the checkout value is less than 3000, shipping charges will be INR 150
It has to be calculated and tracked the subtotal of all One time related
products.
Scenario 3 -
Checkout maybe have both products like Onetime and Every 4 week so, if any scenario doesn't meet the price then shipping charges will be calculated accordingly and need to show the total amount.
Front-end and WordPress plug-ins users please stay away. Bid bot filter - "I'm rockstar at WooCommerce Customization" use this at the top so, I can understand you're not human bot :p
If you're experienced enough then it will not take more than 5 - 6 Hours to do this and please don't ask shitty questions like what is your budget and all.
