Repairing & initial tuning of existing WordPress website, plus continous support for its further development (incl. SEO, analytics etc.)

I would like to enhance the website www.stecis.org which was built with Wordpress. To my mind the design, layout, functionality, SEO etc. is poor and needs urgent fixing. I would like to do that on the side, i.e. step by step over the coming months by at the same time continously extending the website.
